Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-16 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br /> a) Ermine Blvd. N.W. lying between County Road #83 <br /> (Baugh Street N.W.) and County State Aid Highway <br /> #22 (181st Avenue N.W.) <br /> <br /> b) 180th Avenue N.Wo lying in the Northwest Quarter <br /> of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25~ lying east <br /> of Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />c) Halas Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter <br /> of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying south <br /> of Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />d) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> and Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />176th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying west <br />of County Road #83 (Baugh Street N.W.) <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />West half of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on March 11, 1980 is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> <br />
