Comncilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80- 18 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT a) 154th Lane N.W., lying between Barium Street and Argon Street N.W~ b) Barium Street N.W. from the North boundary of the HALLAND ACRES plat to the South boundary line of said plat. c) Argon Street N.W., from 154th Lane to the South boundary line of the plat. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted the llth day of March, 1980, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, Consulting Engineers Diversified, with reference to the improvement of: a) 154th Lane :N.W., lying between Barium Street N.W., and Argon Street N.W. b) Barium Street N.W. from the North boundary of the HALLAND ACRES plat to the South boundary line of said plat. c) Argon Street N.W., from 154th Lane to the South boundary line of the plat. Ail of the above streets are located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Town- ship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and such streets be improved to a five ton rating smd bituminous surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutues Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $40,375. 2) A public hearing will be held on proposed improvement on the 8th day of April, 1980, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. at 7:00 P.M. and the City Administrator/ Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve- ment as required by law.
