Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESS~ENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Council on September 8, <br />1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the <br />cost of improving the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Yolite Street N.W. lying between the North and <br /> South botundary lines of the plat of Carol-Rose <br /> Acres. <br /> <br />b). 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. <br /> and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. <br />and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- <br />Rose Acres. <br /> <br />d) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. <br /> and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Comacil that such pro- <br />posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public ~n- <br />spection, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of October, 1980, <br />in the City Hall at 8:15 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at <br />such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- <br />ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assess- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the <br />hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news- <br />paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the <br />notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice <br />'to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not <br />less than two weeks prior to the hearings. <br /> <br /> <br />
