Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-101 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESS~ENT WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Council on September 8, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the following streets: a) Yolite Street N.W. lying between the North and South botundary lines of the plat of Carol-Rose Acres. b). 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- Rose Acres. d) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Comacil that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public ~n- spection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of October, 1980, in the City Hall at 8:15 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assess- ment. 2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news- paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice 'to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings.
