Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-2a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT ON DRAINAGE 163RD AVENUE N.W. AND OLIVINE <br />STREET N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted <br />November 25, 1980, a report has been prepared by Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. with reference to the drainage improvement between <br />the line of 163rd Avenue N.W. and Olivine Street N.W., and this re- <br />port was received by the City Council on January 27, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~SEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council will consider the drainage improvement <br />in accordance with the feasibility report and the assess- <br />ment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Mirmesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$5,900. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann smd <br />Cox <br /> <br />and 'the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of January, 1981. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
