Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING II~PROVE~NT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 10th <br />day of March, 1981, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />149th Avenue N,W. lying between County Road #56 <br />(Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Limonite Street N.W. <br /> <br />149th Lane N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying east of <br />Limonite Street N.W, <br /> <br />c) 150th Avenue N.W, lying between Kamacite Street N,W. <br /> and Garnet Street N.W, <br /> <br />151st Avenue N,W. lying between County Road #56 <br />(Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Garnet Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) Limonite Street N,W. lying between 149th Avenue N.W. <br /> and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />f) Kamacite Street N.W. lying between 149th Lane N.W. <br /> and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />g) <br /> <br />Jaspar Street N.W. lying between 151st Avenue N.W. <br />to a distance approximately 300 feet north of 151st <br />Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />Hematite Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of <br />150th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Garnet Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north and <br />south of 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 <br />all in Anoka County, Mimaesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing <br />was held thereon on the 14th day of April, 1981, at which all persons de- <br />siring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br /> <br />
