Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #81-14 RESOLUTION ORDERING II~PROVE~NT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 10th day of March, 1981, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of: a) b) 149th Avenue N,W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Limonite Street N.W. 149th Lane N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying east of Limonite Street N.W, c) 150th Avenue N.W, lying between Kamacite Street N,W. and Garnet Street N.W, 151st Avenue N,W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Garnet Street N.W. e) Limonite Street N,W. lying between 149th Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. f) Kamacite Street N.W. lying between 149th Lane N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. g) Jaspar Street N.W. lying between 151st Avenue N.W. to a distance approximately 300 feet north of 151st Avenue N.W. h) Hematite Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of 150th Avenue N.W. Garnet Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north and south of 151st Avenue N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 all in Anoka County, Mimaesota. AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 14th day of April, 1981, at which all persons de- siring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
