Cooncilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING THE WELLSPRING COMMITTEES REPORT DATED DECEMBER 23, <br />1981 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />State of Minnesota, has received and reviewed the Minnesota Wellspring <br />Committees report dated December 23, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> -- That in reviewing the above Wellspring Committee report <br />it was noted that the report did not address the adverse affects that <br />the present State tax laws have on the expansion of existing businesses <br />and the development of new businesses in the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of January, 1982. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
