Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-8 <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION REGARDING FIVE (5) YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation requires <br />that Cities receiving MSA funds submit five (5) year capital improvement <br />program budgets and that they be updated each year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff of the City of Ramsey has submitted <br />a proposed Five (5) Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget for <br />the years 1982 through 1986 showing the City's proposed planned use of <br />MSA funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey has reviewed the <br />above proposed budget for the years 1982 through 1986. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City of Ramsey adopt the Five (5) Year Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) Budget for the years 1982 through 1986 showing <br />the City's planned use of MSA funds. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that copies of the Five (5) Year Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) Budget for the years 1982 through 1986 be fur- <br />nished to District #5, Minnesota Transportation Department, Golden <br />Valley, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of January, 1982. <br /> <br />,,~ C.~ Admij~i~s~at~r/Clerk - <br /> <br /> <br />
