Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-12 RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING LOT OF RECORD WHEREAS, Mr. Terry Hendriksen is the owner of Plat 89222, Parcel 3200, and which parcel is legally described as follows: That part of the North 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said North- west 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 distant 165 feet south of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East parallel to the North line of said North- west 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 a distance of 659.3 feet; thence South at right angles a distance of 165 feet more or less; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest. 1/4 a distance of 659.3 feet more or less to the East line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence South along said East line a distance of 165 feet more or less to the South line of the North 3/4 of the North 1/2 of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence West along said South line to a point on the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 distance 496.38 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence North along said West line to the point of beginning. Subject to the rights of the public over County Road No. 56. .and WHEREAS, said parcel was split into two parcels by County Road No. 56 thereby creating a parcel West of County Road No. 56 and a parcel East of County Road No. 56; and WHEREAS, the split of the above parcel occurred prior to April, 1972, the date on which the City of Ramsey first established subdivision regulations. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That that part of Plat 89222, Parcel 3200 lying West of County Road No. 56 is a separate parcel of record. Said parcel is legally described as follows: That part of the following described parcel lying West of County Road No. 56 (Anoka County Highway R/W Plat No. 16): That part of the North 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said North- west 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 distant 165 feet south of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East parallel to the North line of said North- west 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 a distance of 659.3 feet; thenc~ South at right angles a distance of 165 feet more or less; thence East parallel to the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 a distance of 659.3 feet more or less to the East line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence South along said East line a distance of 165 feet more or less to the South line of the North 3/4 of the North 1/2
