Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING LOT OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Terry Hendriksen is the owner of Plat 89222, Parcel 3200, <br />and which parcel is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the North 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 <br />of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, described <br />as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said North- <br />west 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 distant 165 feet south of the Northwest <br />corner thereof; thence East parallel to the North line of said North- <br />west 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 a distance of 659.3 feet; thence South at <br />right angles a distance of 165 feet more or less; thence East parallel <br />to the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest. 1/4 a distance <br />of 659.3 feet more or less to the East line of said Northwest 1/4 of <br />Northwest 1/4; thence South along said East line a distance of 165 <br />feet more or less to the South line of the North 3/4 of the North 1/2 <br />of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence West along said South <br />line to a point on the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest <br />1/4 distance 496.38 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence <br />North along said West line to the point of beginning.
