Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-13 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 26, 1982, a report has been prepared by Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 167th Avenue N.W. between the line of C.S.A.H. #5 and State Highway #47, and this report was received by the Council on February 22, 1982. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property in the commercial area for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $28,350.00. 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- ment on the 23rd day of March, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of February, 1982.
