Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-14 RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS WHEREAS, Resolution #80-46 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on May 27, 1980 deleted an assessment in the amount of $1,632.38 on Plat 89209 Parcel 9000-8 unplatted Section 9 Township 32 Range 25 (Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 9 Township 32 Range 25 (Ex #9300) (Ex #9310) (Ex #9320) (Ex #9330) (Ex #9340) (Ex #9350) (Ex #9360) (Ex #9370) (Ex #9390) (Ex #9400) (Ex #9380) (Ex #9410) ) for the purpose of obtaining a drainage and utility easement; and WHEREAS, upon obtaining a drainage and utility easement on Plat 89209 Parcel 9000-8 this parcel would thereby be declared unbuild- able; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has obtained the necessary drain- age and utility easements; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey 1981 City Budget provided for the transfer of $1,632.38 from the General Fund #101 to the 1979 GOB Bond Fund ($950M) #552 to reimburse the 1979 Bond Fund for the special assessment deleted in Resolution #80-46. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That it is hereby directed that the General Fund #101 transfer to the 1979 GOB Bond Fund ($95OM) #552 $1,632.38 to reimburse the 1979 Bond Fund for special assessment deleted in Resolution #80-46. 2) That it is further directed that the Accounting Department be furnished a copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann, Cox and Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of February, 1982. __~z,,.~/~i t y Adm/nis t rator/Clerk .......
