Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-17 RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS WHEREAS, at the time of construction, the residence at 8600 - 176th Avenue N.W. required a culvert be installed and was inadvertently overlooked; and WHEREAS, the Construction Project #80-15 required certain cul- verts be installed to insure proper drainage; and WHEREAS, the owner, Mr. James Acers, 8600 - 176th Avenue N.W. had requested a culvert be installed at the time Construction Project #80-15 was being completed; and WItEREAS, the culvert was installed by the Ramsey City Street Department and not included in the project cost whereby Mr. James Acers was billed on October 14, 1980 for the cost of installing a culvert totalling $220.00; and WItEREAS, a letter was written by Mrs. James Acers requesting the cost of the culvert and installation charges ($220.00) be included in the assessment cost of Project #80-15; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer from the 1980 Series II Bond Fund #554 the amount of $220.00 to the General Fund #101 to be shown as Street Department Revenue (101-4005-3336). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That it is hereby directed that the 1980 Series II Bond Fund #554 transfer to the General Fund #101 the amount of $200.00 and said amount is to be shown as Street Department Revenue (101-4005-3336). 2) That it is further directed that the Accounting Department be furnished a copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann, Van Wagner and Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None
