Councilmember Reimann introduced the following motion and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />State of Minnesota established a Bond Administrative Trust Fund #808 <br />which is to cover costs to administer City bond funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Series II General Obligation Bond Fund of 1980 <br />($365M) #554 owes the Bond Administration Trust Fund #808 $9,810.O5 <br />which is for the following construction project funds: <br /> <br />#80-15 $6,178.27 <br />#80-16 $3,381.80 <br />#80-17 $ 249.98 <br /> <br />TOTAL $9,810.O5 <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That it is hereby directed that the Series II General <br />Obligation Bond Fund of 1980 ($365M) #554 Transfer $9,810.05 to the Bond <br />Administrative Trust Fund #808 which is to be used in covering the City's <br />cost in administering during the life of the above said bond issue. <br /> <br /> 2) THat it be further directed that the Accounting Department <br />be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Cox, Sorteberg and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsay <br />City Council this the 22nd day of February,1982. <br /> <br /> <br />
