Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~84-18 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council has received a certain petition requesting the construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and streets to serve what has been proposed as Ramsey Centre which is located on the property hereinafter described, to-wit: PARCEL 1: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section ZS, Township 3Z, Range Z5, lying East of the following described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Government Lot 3 of Section 25, Township 3Z, Range 25; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 38 minutes Z9 seconds East along the South line of said Government Lot 3 for a distance of Z30.7Z feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North Z1 degrees 47 minutes 54 seconds West for a distance of 44Z.0Z feet; thence North 19 degrees 5Z minutes 05 seconds West to the North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 25 and there terminating. PARCEL 2: Government Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Section 25, Township 32, Range Z5. PARCEL 3: Goverment Lot 3 of Section 25, Township 3Z, Range 25, except that part of said Government Lot 3 lying West of the following described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Government Lot 3; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 38 minutes 29 seconds East along the South line of said Government Lot 3 for a distance of 230.72 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North Z1 degrees 47 minutes 54 seconds West for a distance of 44Z.0Z feet; thence North 19 degrees 5Z minutes 05 seconds West to the West line of said Government Lot 3 and there terminating. PARCEL 4: All that part of Government Lot 6 of Section 36, Township 3Z, Range ZS, described as commencing at the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 6; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 38 minutes 29 seconds East along the North line of said Government Lot 6 a distance of Z30.TZ feet to the point of beginning; thence South Z1 degrees 47 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 850.46 feet; thence Southerly along a tangential curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 4930.12 feet, to the South line of said Government Lot 6; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 30 minutes 02 seconds East along the South line of said Government Lot 6 a distance of 938.5Z feet; thence North 46 degrees 35 minutes East a distance of 126.58 feet; thence North Z7 degrees 54 minutes East to the Easterly line of said Government Lot 6; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Government Lot 6 to the North line of said Government Lot 6; thence Westerly along the North line of said Government Lot 6 to the point of beginning. Together with all accretions and relictions thereto. That said petition was filed with the Council on February 28, 1984. 3) That the City Council hereby declares the petition to be adequate and is signed by the owner of 100% of the property to be affected thereby.
