Councilmember I~eimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~84-7.5 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (WHITE PINES ESTATES) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: 1) Helium Street NW between the line of the north plat boundary of White Pines Estates and south to the cul-de-sac. 2) Germanium Street NW between the line of the south plat boundary of White Pines Estates and 165th Lane NW. 3) Dysprosium Street NW between the line of the south plat boundary of White Pines Estates and 165th Lane NW. 4) 165th Lane NW between the line of Germanium Street NW and east to its end at the cul-de-sac. 5) Fluorine Street NW between the line of 165th Lane NW north to its end at the cul-de-sac. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 4Z9. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ZSth day of February, 1984.
