Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85-14 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (Gorham's Sandy Acres 985-7) WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: 1) Waco Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue NaW. and 150th Avenue N.W. 2) Xkimo Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue NoW. and 150th Avenue N.W. 3) Yakima Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue NoW. and 150th Lane N.W. 4) Zuni Street N.W. lying between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. 5) 150th Avenue N.W. lying between Waco Street N.W. and Xkimo Street N.W. 6) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Xkimo Street N.W. and the west line of Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates 7) 151st Avenue N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. and Zuni Street N.W. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as reconm~ended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter Page 1 of Z
