Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(Pineview Estates #85-11) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is pro posed to improve the following <br />streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br />1) 149th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. <br />(County Road #56) and Uranimite Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 149th Lane N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. east <br />to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />3) 150th Lane N.W. between Uranimite Street NoW. <br />and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County Road #56) <br /> <br />4) Uranimite Street N.W. between 149th Avenue <br />N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />5) Peridot Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. <br />and 150th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates for study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg and <br />Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Page 1 of Z <br /> <br /> <br />
