BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNT?, ~;':~A'i~; OF MINNF~;O.~A~ as follows: <br /> <br /> I) '.~,~: final approval of Whispering Pines Estates Plat 5 is granted <br />conti~'~fieni: ~.~ ~4r. Knudson providing proof of marketable title and entering <br />into ~ &'..v,~ito[~nent agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> 2) ih~i.
