Thomas Anderson has resigned from his <br />positJo~l ~!..~. i~eace Officer. for the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> W~iEREAS, he has served with the City of Ramsey in the <br />capaci~_? <;.if ~k~ace Officer for over eleven years; and <br /> <br /> WH.~REAS, he has, of his own initiative and with his <br />ski!is, c~eated and conducted numerous in-service training <br />sessi~>~;;~; ard! has been heavily involved in instructing citizens, <br />young ,',._r~] old, of Ramsey in first-aid, cardiopulmonary <br />resusc.'ii:i~f;i, oi~ and other safety classes. <br /> <br />NOW T~lfREi~ORE~ BE I.~t' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSi~;Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> i!)
