Counc.i l~at, r~b(',~ DeLuca introduced the following resolution and <br />moved fo~ :.~.~; a, loptlon: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION S(~PPORTING PROPOSED LEGISLATION INDEMNIFYING LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENTAL UNITS OF LIABILITY AS A RESULT OF LAND USE OR <br />SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS IMPOSED BY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES <br /> <br /> Wi~V,R?]AS, the City of Ramsey has reviewed certain <br />proposed g~at~?
