NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~SEY, ANORA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i~) 'i;i~a~ the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment .':o K;i Imer Electric Company, Inc. for electrical service and hockc7 ci~,~.k for Central Park in the amount of $11,587.20. 7) TI:at the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City A~t~i~..~s;trator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) 't:t al the total amount of this partial payment is not inclu~lr,3 i~..
