<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR S.J.LOUIS CONSTRUCTION
<br />(PROJECT ~87~!9 EXTENSION OF SEWER AND WATER TO INDUSTRIAL AREA)

<br />approved i;t~i::', i,?oject on April 14, 1987; and.

<br /> 'WHERE,.!S, the C.[ty Council of the City of Ramsey adopted
<br />Resolut:;of #,'-:',/~-136 awarding the bid to S,J.Louis Construction
<br />for the ~:,.~! ~n:~:~on of sewer and water to the Industrial Area; and

<br /> ViaEi!EAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson
<br />Anderson~ rn~',., recommended partial payment to S.J.Louis
<br />ConstructJ~4~ i,, i:he amonnt of $24,870.05.

<br />NOW THERE,-ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOfiA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
