Fourteen (14) days published notice of the hearing tbro-gh two weekly' publications of the required notice was give~ o.d the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of Januarys, 1988 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an olq.,',:~,~r~ity to be heard thereon. NOW THERE~ORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY.
