Bauer, hereinafter referred to as "developers", have properly applied for plat <br />approval of Iht: ~'ol lowing described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> OmMt A and B, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br /> Corny.y, MJn ncsota <br /> <br />Gerald .I. l~,m tcr and Hcidi A. Bauer and Northem Bank, Minnesota Corporation, Mortgagee of the <br />relier/in? dc:;crit)ed property: <br /> <br />Lm 3, Bloc[. l, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />CO!lll].y, Miunesota <br /> <br />wh ich .)iat i~: known as Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition, hereinafter known as "plat"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, tim ~m~scy Planning and Zoning Commission, met on June 16, 1988 to consider the developers <br />request for ,'.;kct,:h plan review of Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition; at which time, the Commission recommended <br />that thc (lcw~k~p~'~r prox~xt with thc preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WItEREAS, th,.~ l'.an~sey Parks and Recreation Commission carded a motion on June 9, 1988 to require cash to <br />satisfy park dcdicaiion requirements for Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, ti~,: [~amscy Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, <br />held a public hcmJu~2 t~n the proposed plat on August 18, 1988, which hearing was duly published in the City's <br />legal ncwsp'4pc~ arm written notice of thc hearing was given pursuant to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, l}x: ~h:n: soy Planning ,and Zoning Commission, at its meeting on August 18, 1988, recommended that <br />thc City Council gram preliminary plat approval contingent upon compliance with items contained in the City <br />Engineer's report dated Angust 18, 1988, including necessary variances but with the exception of the 100 foot <br />frontage of ~xx 5, Block 1, which can be remedied by the reconstruction of Lots 4 and 5.
