Councilmembe]~ DeLuca for its adopt:~iF~r~: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #89-01-5 RESOLUTION At'iPR©VING PARTIAL PAY FOR ELECTRIC SYSTEMS OF ANOKA (PROJECT #1~8-:.~4 RAMSEY CITY HALL PARKING LOT LIGHTING). WHERE2i~$, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on Se~d, 27 , 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #88- awarc{,ir~g the bid to Electric Systems of Anoka for the Ramsey city Hall ])arkir~g Lot Lighting; and WHERE2~S, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates~, Inc. recommended partial payment to Electric Systems of Anoka in the am¢,~nt of $17,195.00. NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Electric Systems of Anoka for the Ramsey City Hall Parking Lot Lighting in the ~mount of $17,195.00. 2) Th. at the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That 'ti~e total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #89~01-4 approving payment of bills for the month of January, 1989~ 4) Tb.a,~ kt).~ city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy c,f '~.~s resolution The motion fc.z'~ tl~e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Comncilmember Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Reima~n: Counci lmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Peterson, and Cich and the fo].]c, wi.n~ voted against the same: None and the fo].].o~vLn~- abstained: None and the fo]!o~in~ were absent: None whereupon sai¢t resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Ci_ty Council this the 24th day of JanUary, 1989~ //~ ATTEST: / Mayor ~ ~/ " City Admi~istrat~r ~'
