Councilmembel' DeL[ica for its ado.ption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #89-01-6 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR W.B. MILLER, INC. (PROJECT #88-13 RUM RIVER T~A. CE SI~E IMPROVEMENT) WHER~:A.S~ the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in March, 1988; and WHEREAS, t]~e city Council of the city of Ramsey adopted Resolution #Sg~ awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the site improvements to Rum River Terrace; and WHEREAS, city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, ill,c, recommended partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA. COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thah-hl~.e City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B. Miller~ in~ for the site improvements to Rum River Terrace in the amount ~f ~;~360.00. 2) Th~ti the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrat~r t.o sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #89-01-4approving payment of bills for the month of January, 19~0~ 4) T~'t 12..e City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy o~' ~hJ.s resolution.
