Councilmemb~.' Del_uca for its introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #89-01-7 RESOLUTION A~PR¢)V]]NG PARTIAL PAY FOR C.B.I. WA-CON, INC. (PROJECT #87-19 ELEVA'['~:D STORAGE TANK NO o 1). WHEREAS~ ,.,mc Cmty Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on A?'~]"J..~ ].4, 1988; and WHEREA~;~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #88- awardJ, n~j the bid to C.B.I. Ne-Con, Inc. for the construction of elevated ~3to~age Tank No. 1; and WHEREAS~ city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, i,~ recommended partial payment to C.B.I. Na-Con, Inc. in the amount of $~05,768.30. NOW, THEREFO]~i,, tSE ]IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOFJ% CC~UNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tha~,~';~ tJ:~e City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to CBI Ne-Con, ][r;c~ for the construction of elevated Storage Tank No. 1 in the amo'mnt ~>~' $205,768.30. 2) T~at the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrate[<~ tc~ sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) T..~a~. i~t:~e total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution ~t~9- 01-4approving payment of bills for the month of January, 4) T-he,,Iz ~]'~e city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a _.hms resolution signed copy ,~L ~: ' · .
