WHEREA.~, ?.]~e city Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement wi'b]~ ilighland Electric, Inc. for the installation of the Central Park Walcming House Security System.. WHEREA~, C:i.ty Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, ~inc~, recommended final payment to Highland Electric, Inc. in the amount o:~ $1,897.00.
