(PROJECt[' #88-16 CENTRAL PARK WARMING HOUSE WELL) ' ~'~' ~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project J..~ November, 1987; and WIIER!:AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement with E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. for the construction of the Central Park Warming House Well. WHEtCEAS, city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, inc., recommended partial payment to E.H. Renner & Sons, ~!]pc~ Jm the amount of $2,840.59. NOW, THER:EF©RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,., ANOBA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1') That 'the city Council hereby authorizes partial payment to E.H. iRe.~n~r & Sons, Inc. for the Warming House Well construction in the a~oo.~,t~ of $2,840.59. 2) T~at the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Admln~.,l] <)Lc, r to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3]) That the total amount of this partial payment is not includ~d Jn Resolution #89-01- 4 approving payment of bills for the mo)~th of January, 1989. 4') '.L.~u the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signec~ copy of this resolution.
