Councilmembel~ DeLuca for its introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #89-01- 11 RESOLUTION APi~ROVING FINAL PAY FOR E.H. RENNER & SONS, INC. (PROJECT #~8-~i7 CENTRAL PARK PARK CENTER WELL). WHEREAS, the City Council of the.City of Ramsey approved this project on O¢~tober 25, 1988; and WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #88~-211 awarding the bid to E.H. Rennet & Sons, Inc. for the const~uction of the Central Park Park Center Well. WHERE~t$, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates~ ]J~c~ recommended final payment to E.H. Rennet & Sons, Inc. in the amouD~ ©~ $7,219.00~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA C©UNTY,~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tha~. the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to E.H. Rennet & Sons, Inc. for the Park Center Well Construction in the amount of $7,219.00. 2) Tha~ t_be City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator ~o sign the release form for this final payment. 3) Tha?. the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #89-01- 4 approving payment of bills for the month of January, 1989.. 4) That tha city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of '~b. is resolution.
