Councilmembe]? PeLuc:a for its introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #89-01- 14 RESOLUTION AP]?R(.'VING FINAL PAY FOR COTTONWOOD CONSTRUCTION, INC. (PROJECT #88-J'16 CENTRAL PARK WARMING HOUSE). WHEREA~ tb.e City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project in l~im.[~, ~ 988; and WHEREAS,, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~f~8.~-26 awarding the bid to Cottonwood Construction, Inc. for the cons~[]?u~t[ion of the Central Park Warming House. WHEREAS,. City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates~ ]i[n¢:~, recommended final payment to Cottonwood Constructionr ]inc. J.n the amount of $9,156.84. NOW, THERE?OR]!:, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA. COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tha~: t. ti,.e city Council hereby authorizes final payment to Cottonwood Con£:'truction, Inc. for the Warming House construction in the amount of $9,606.84. 2) T]t~t: the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrato].' t.o sign the release form for this final payment. 3) T]].at: [b.e total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution #89-01- 4 approving payment of bills for the month of January, 1989~ 4) Thai. the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy (',~_ 'this resolution.
