Councilmembor Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #89-02-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />156TH AVENUE N.W. STREET IMPROVEMENT FROM RAMSEY BLVD. N.W. TO HIGH <br />POINT /~.DDITJON <br /> <br /> WHEFIEAS, the City has received a petition on for the improvement of 156th <br />Avenue N.W. beWCeen Ramsey Blvd. N.W. to High Point Addition; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct <br />percentage of iawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WI IEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the <br />Cily Charter aud Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THI.EREFOi'~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) A certain petition requesting the improvement of 156th Avenue N.W. between <br />Ramsey Blvd, N.W. and High Point Addition has been filed with the City Council on February 14, <br />1989. The petilio~ is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected <br />property owners.
