REPORT ON 156TH AVENUE DRAINAGE ON STREET IMPROVEMENq' WHER~A~$, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted No~,~mber 29, 1988, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inco with the storm drainage improvement adjacent to 155th i-T~e~ N~Wo in '~he Rum River storm sewer taxing district. ?,HE.k~A,,~ the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on Febr'0a~?y !4, 1989 which report indicates the following: F. stJ'ma~%ed Total (lost of Project $2,500.00 NOW, TH~]R'~,]F,~)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, A'NO~(A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ~]~a% the Ramsey city Council will consider the storm drainage im[)rovement in accordance with the report and the financial oi? all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuan-c ~c, the Ramsey City Charter and M.S. No. 444 at an estimat~d ~,rtal cost of the improvement-of $2,500.00.
