WHERE4{, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 6, 1989 and conducted t~ ptiBlic hearing on Oleo Acres Addition; and wHE~E~S, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on December 4, 1989, and recommen4%igreliminary plat approval of Oleo Acres Addition contingent upon compliance with the items d?n~ned in the City Engineer's Report dated October 31, 1989; and wIIE~E/'S, the Ramsey City Council met on December 19, 1989 and approved the preliminary pl~t'f >t Oleo Acres Addition contingent upon meeting the items listed in the City Engineer's Revie~ dated October 31, 1989. i. NOW THER]~F~ ~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES, ,NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That final fiat approval is hereby granted for Oleo Acres Addition in accordance with relevant[:Cil g codes.
