Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-01-004 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME FOR ARMSTRONG ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 4/90-08-260 granting final plat <br />approval to Armstrong. Addition on August 14, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the <br />plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the <br />plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Ray Wojcik, developer of Armstrong <br />Addition on December 20, 1990 stating that Armstrong Addition cannot be recorded until such time <br />that the City of Ramsey and Hakanson Anderson Associates define the desired park trail corridor <br />through Outlot A of said plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame for <br />Armstrong Addition to April 12, 1991. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Cou ncilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
