Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-01-016 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO NOBLE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-30 (PARABODY IMPROVEMENTS). NURSERY FOR LANDSCAPE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 17, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Noble Nursery for the landscape improvements of Improvement Project #90-30 on September 10, 1990; and WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Noble Nursery in the amount of $3,772.78. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Noble Nursery for the construction of landscape improvements for Improvement Project #90-30 in the amount of $3,772.78. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #91-01-010 approving payment of the bills for the month of January, 1991. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Cich Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson and the following voted aga/nst the same: None. and the following abstained: None. and the following were absent: None.
