Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-01-016 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO NOBLE <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-30 (PARABODY <br />IMPROVEMENTS). <br /> <br />NURSERY FOR <br />LANDSCAPE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 17, <br />1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the <br />bid to Noble Nursery for the landscape improvements of Improvement Project #90-30 on <br />September 10, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial <br />payment to Noble Nursery in the amount of $3,772.78. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Noble Nursery for the <br />construction of landscape improvements for Improvement Project #90-30 in the amount of <br />$3,772.78. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this partial payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #91-01-010 <br />approving payment of the bills for the month of January, 1991. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted aga/nst the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />
