Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-01-019 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS ALONG HIGHWAY #10 (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-01) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted on November 27, 1990, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer regarding the extension of sanitary sewer and watermain between PIN: 35-32-25-31-0008 to the eastern City limits; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 22, 1991. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the proposed improvement of such sanitary sewer and water itl accordance with the report and financing of all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $184,600.00. 2) That a public hem'ing shall be held on such proposed improvement on February 26, 1991 in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Cich Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: Nolle and the following abstained: Mayor Gilbertson and tile following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of January, 1991.
