Councilmembcr Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-02-025 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FOR FINANCE OFFICER SANDRA ASHLEY WHEREAS, Sandra Ashley began employment at the City of Ramsey on June 29, 1988 as Finance Officer in a salary grade 7; and WHEREAS, the anniversary of position date for Miss Ashley is June 29; therefore, an employee I~erformance appraisal was to be performed; and WHEREAS, former City Administrator David Hartley delayed the performance appraisal until the completion of year-end in the Finance Office, at the request of Miss Ashley; and WHEREAS, a satisfactory performance appraisal for Miss Ashley was completed by former City Administrator David Hartley on November 2, 1990; and WHEREAS, staff recommended to the Personnel Committee to increase Miss Ashley's annual salary 3% to $37,737 effective January 1, 1990 and to increase Miss Ashley's annual salary to $40,000 effective the first pay period after June 29, which in this case would be June 30, 1990; ancl WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee reviewed the appraisal and recommendations at the meeting on February 5, 1991 and were in agreement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of the Personnel Committee to increase Sandra Ashley 3% to $37,737 effective January 1, 1990 and to increase Miss Ashley's annual salary to $40,000 effective June 30, 1990. The motion fei' the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Cich Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: NOlle and tile following abstained: Nolle and the following were absent: None
