ORDINANCE #00-15 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE #95-12 AND VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1: AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Rmnsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit. All that part of Lot 10, Block 1, Northfork Highlands Addition, and all that part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 165, according to the plat and the registered land survey, both on record in the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies Northerly, Easterly and Southerly of the following described line: Beginning at the Northwesterly comer of said Lot 10; thence South 25 degrees 41 minutes 15 seconds East (bearings assumed and referenced to said plat) 84.50 feet; thence South 78 degrees 42 minutes 22 seconds East 96.31 feet; thence South 1 degree 38 minutes 14 seconds West 231.08 feet; thence south 15 degrees 18 minutes 44 seconds East 25.99 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 11, distant 35.44 feet Northeasterly of the most Southerly comer thereof and there terminating. - and - Five (5) feet on either side of the lot line between Lots 12 and 13, Block 1, Northfork Highlands Addition, according to the plat on file and of record in the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka County, Minnesota, excepting the southerly 10 feet and also excepting all that part of said easement lying northerly of a line running parallel with and 10 feet southerly of the southerly right of way line of Turnberry Turn NW as dedicated in said plat of Northfork Highlands Addition. - and -
