ORDINANCE #01-16 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 <br />Urban Residential: <br /> <br /> Government Lot 2, and Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, except <br /> those parts of said Government Lot 2 and Government Lot 3, platted as Reilley Estates <br /> and Reilley Estates Third Addition, according to the recorded plats, on file in the office of <br /> the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, except the South 660 feet of the West 181.5 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br /> The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 24, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, except the West 1206 feet and except the South 660 feet <br /> thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
