ORDINANCE #01-25 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 189, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof described as follows and that part of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range <br />25, said Anoka County, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the northwest comer of Lot 1, Block 5, GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence <br />South 25 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds East assumed bearing along the west line <br />of said Lot 5 a distance of 16.51 feet; thence North 74 degrees 42 minutes 39 <br />seconds East a distance of 58.91 feet to the south line of said Tract C and being <br />the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue North 74 <br />degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 101.07 feet; thence <br />northeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the northwest a distance of <br />224.88 feet, said curve having a radius of 442.26 feet and a central angle of 29 <br />degrees 08 minutes 03 seconds; thence North 45 degrees 34 minutes 36 seconds <br />East a distance of 100.19 feet; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 08 seconds <br />East a distance of 204.37 feet to the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter and the northeast comer of said Lot 1; thence South 89 degrees <br />27 minutes 06 seconds West along said south line a distance of 363.04 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />Grantor herein reserves and retains a perpetual easement for drainage and utility <br />purposes over and across the entire above described property. <br /> <br /> <br />
