ORDINANCE # 90,2 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.0112 (ORDINANCE #85-2) WHICH IS KNOWN AS <br />THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 170.0112E (D) (2) (P) AND 170.0112G <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereby ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance No. 90_2 ..~ has been <br />approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly <br />informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />The Ordinance defines trail corridor alignments and right-of-way <br />widths for various segments of the proposed Mississippi River <br />Regional Corridor Trail within the City. The alignment generally <br />provides a 17'-35' wide trail right-of-way within the urban area <br />east of Mississippi West County Park and a 17'-75' wide ~trail <br />right-of-way in the rural area west of the County Park. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 170.0112E Subsection (D) Subsection (2) Paragraph (p) is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Trail right-of-way shall be provided to the City of Ramsey in <br />accordance with the general alignment(s) as shown on the Proposed <br />Mississippi River Trail Corridor Map dated 12/1/89 and approved by <br />the City Council on 12/12/89 to allow for development of the <br />Mississippi River Corridor Trail. The following standards shall <br />be used for trail right-of-way (R.O.W.) widths: <br /> <br />Trail Segment <br /> <br />R.O.W. Width <br /> <br />From the easterly limits of the <br />City along Rivlyn Ave. to the <br />west terminus of Rivlyn Ave. <br /> <br />17' <br /> <br />From the west terminus of Rivlyn <br />Ave. to the east boundary of <br />Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 <br /> <br />17' <br /> <br />From the east boundary of Lot 3, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 to <br />the east boundary of Lot 1, Block 5 <br />Riverside West <br /> <br />20' <br /> <br /> <br />
