ORDINANCE # 90,2 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.0112 (ORDINANCE #85-2) WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 170.0112E (D) (2) (P) AND 170.0112G OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereby ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance No. 90_2 ..~ has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. The Ordinance defines trail corridor alignments and right-of-way widths for various segments of the proposed Mississippi River Regional Corridor Trail within the City. The alignment generally provides a 17'-35' wide trail right-of-way within the urban area east of Mississippi West County Park and a 17'-75' wide ~trail right-of-way in the rural area west of the County Park. SECTION 2. AMENDMENT Section 170.0112E Subsection (D) Subsection (2) Paragraph (p) is amended to read as follows: Trail right-of-way shall be provided to the City of Ramsey in accordance with the general alignment(s) as shown on the Proposed Mississippi River Trail Corridor Map dated 12/1/89 and approved by the City Council on 12/12/89 to allow for development of the Mississippi River Corridor Trail. The following standards shall be used for trail right-of-way (R.O.W.) widths: Trail Segment R.O.W. Width From the easterly limits of the City along Rivlyn Ave. to the west terminus of Rivlyn Ave. 17' From the west terminus of Rivlyn Ave. to the east boundary of Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 17' From the east boundary of Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 to the east boundary of Lot 1, Block 5 Riverside West 20'
