• <br />q. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02-23 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL <br />REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.08, THE PUBLIC NUISANCE SECTION OF <br />THE CITY CODE <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br />A. Paragraph e. of Subd. 2. of Subsection 5.08.01 is amended to provide as follows: <br />e. Accumulations of manure, refuse or other debris, EXCEPT that any manure <br />maintained in conformance with Section 5.09 herein shall not be declared a public <br />nuisance. <br />• B. Paragraph a. of Subd. 3, Subsection 5.08.01 is amended to provide as follows: <br />a. Any unlawful gambling devices, slot machines, and punch boards. <br />C. Paragraph d. of Subd. 4, Subsection 5.08.01 is amended to provide as follows: <br />d. For any person to make or assist in making any nuisance noise or any loud, <br />unnecessary or unusual sound or any sound which annoys, disturbs or affects the <br />comfortable enjoyment of life or property. <br />D. Paragraphs q., r., and s. are added to Subd. 4., Subsection 5.08.01, which paragraphs provide <br />as follows: <br />The use or operation of a radio, musical instrument, phonograph, tape recorder or <br />other machine or device used for production of reproduction or sound at a volume in <br />the excess of that reasonably necessary for the convenient hearing of the person or <br />in the room, vehicle, or chamber in which the same is being operated. <br />
