ORDINANCE #91-16 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section: 9.50.05. Subdivision 1, Division or consolidation of platted lots, Item d. Council <br />Action. The following paragraph shall be added to Item d. <br /> <br />When a proposed subdivision moves interior lot lines and by so doing does not create <br />additional buildable lots and does not create any lot which is substandard for the applicable <br />zoning district, or any overlay district, in which it lies and for which is not created a need <br />for a new road, such new property description may be approved by the Zoning <br />Administrator if it is found the resulting configuration will not have adverse effects on <br />surrounding property. Should the Zoning Administrator determine the moving of interior <br />lot lines may have an adverse effect on either adjoining property or may circumvent other <br />applicable zoning restrictions, the Zoning Administrator then shall require the subdivision <br />to proceed to City Council pursuant to applicable provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />Section: 9.50.05 Subdivision 2, Division or consolidation of unplatted lots, Item e. <br />Council Action.
