ORDINANCE #93-01 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMEND3iENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER <br />IS KNO_~WN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br />OF THE CITY CODE. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSES, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City {}f Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION L AMENDMENT <br /> <br />9.02 Dgfinitions <br /> <br />The following definitions are added: <br /> <br />Domesti~ iSewage: Sewage that might be generated by a dwelling; a toilet facility at an <br />establishrg~ enl~ open to the public; rental units, such as motels and resort cabins, or showers <br />and toilet fae~ties for schools or campgrounds. <br /> <br />Non-Domestic Sewage (Process Waste Water): Sewage discharges generated from such <br />uses as re,~taurants, laundromats, barber and beauty shops, car washes, and other types of <br />commerc'~fld or industrial establishments. <br /> <br />The following definition is deleted: <br />Process ~ast0 Water: Any water generated by other than domestic Use. This definition <br />shall appl~t only to Section 9.20.25 and 9.20.27 (RB and RI) of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Section 9.[21.23 is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.21.23 r,B-3 Highway Business District <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: The purpose of the B-3, Highway Business <br />District is ltd p~r°vide for and limit the establishment of motor vehicle oriented or dependent <br />and convqnieflce type, high intensity commercial and service activities characteristically <br />located along major traffic carriers. <br /> i Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to Standards established in Subd. <br />4 and Performance Standards established in Section 9.10) <br /> a. Restaurants, cafes, on and off-sale liquor. <br /> b, Private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages. <br /> c. Commercial recreational uses. <br /> d. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures. <br /> <br /> e. Motels, motor hotels and hotels provided that the lot area contains not <br /> less than 500 square feet of lot area per unit. <br /> <br /> <br />
