ORDINANCE #95-03 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY MINNESOTA. AS THE ZONING AND CODE OF RAMSEY, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential and B-2 Business to R-3 Urban Residential: All that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota, lying west of the public road known as Nowthen Boulevard N.W., excepting therefrom a triangle containing 1/2 square rod described as follows to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest comer of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23; thence North along the West line thereof a distance of 16-1/2 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction to a point on the South line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter which is distant 16-1/2 feet East of the Southwest comer thereof; thence West on said South line a distance of 16-1/2 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for road purposes over a tract of land that lies between a parallel line Southwesterly of and 60 feet distant of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast comer Section 26, Township 32, Range 25; thence West on the North line of said Section 26, a distance of 431.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees, 15 minutes (when measured from East to North) 1,550.00 feet and there terminating. EXCEPT: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 431.45 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Southeast Quaffer of the Southeast Quaffer; thence Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees, 15 minutes (when measured from East to North) along the center line of Nowthen Boulevard N.W. a distance of 752.0 feet; thence Southwesterly at right angles to said center line a distance of 375.0 feet; thence South along a line drawn at right angles to the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quaffer a distance of 472.79 feet to said South line of Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence East along said South line of Southeast Quaffer of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 694.69 feet to point of commencement.
