ORDINANCE NO. 96-02 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE SELLING CERTAIN PUBLIC LAND IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.5. SECTION 2. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD The following described public properties are hereby to be sold: Parcel A: That part of the West 66 feet of the East 946 feet of the North 662.68 feet of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30 lying Southerly of the Plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2; together with the part of said North 662.68 feet lying West of the said East 946 feet, lying East of the East line of Lot 2 Auditor's Subdivision No. 30, and lying Southerly of the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 to the West line of said East 946 feet (all distances measured along North and East lines of said Lot 1) except that part platted as Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 1. Parcel B: Lot 9 and that part of LOt 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30 lying Southwesterly of the following described Line A; Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 1, 1295 feet South of the Northwest comer thereof, said point being the point of beginning of Line A, thence North 67 degrees 47 minutes West to the East line of Lot 2, of said Auditor's Subdivision and there terminating; together with that part of said Lot 1 lying West of the East 880 feet thereof and lying South of the North 662.28 feet of said Lot 1 (as measured along the North and East lines thereof). Except that part platted as Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 1. Parcel C: Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
