ORDINANCE NO. 96-08 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE SELLING CERTAIN PUBLIC LAND IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.5. SECTION 2. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD The following described public properties are hereby to be sold: That part of Government Lots 2 and 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the West Qum'ter corner of said Section 26; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 26 a distance of 435.42 feet, thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 188.08 feet; thence South 87 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 284.00 feet; thence South 75 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 358.75 feet; thence North 39 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 319.06 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described (said point of beginning also being at the point on last said line where a line at right angles thereto will pass through a point on a line 33.00 feet southeasterly of, as measured at right angles to, and parallel with last said line at a distance of 100.00 feet northeasterly of, as measured along said parallel line West 948.60 feet, as measured at right angles, of said Government Lot 3); thence continue North 39 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 697.70 feet to the intersection with the northerly line of an 80.00 foot wide strip of land hereinafter referred to as "Sunwood Drive"; thence southwesterly along said northerly line of "Sunwood Drive" to the intersection with a line that bears South 50 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 50 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds West to the point of beginning. and All that part of Government Lots 2 and 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the West Quarter corner of said Section 26, thence North along the West line of said Section 26, said West line having a bearing of North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 435.42 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 188.08 feet to its intersection with centerline of Town Road as now laid out and traveled, said point hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence South 87 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 284.0 feet; thence South 75 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 358.75 feet; thence North 39 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 1055.29 feet; thence North 30 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 124.32 feet to the intersection with the northerly line of an 80.00 foot wide strip of land hereinafter referred to as "Sunwood Drive" being the actual point of beginning of the land to be described, thence continue North 30 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 270.68 feet; thence South 71 degrees 30
