ORDINANCE #83-11 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 10.09 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE "PERSONNEL POLICY" CHAPTER <br />OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Section 10.098 Paragraph 1 of the City Code of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 10.098 Paragraph 1 entitled Sick Leave shall be <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />1) Every probationary and permanent employee is eh- <br />entitled to sick leave with pay at the rate of 1 day <br />for each calendar month of full-time service or major <br />fraction thereof. Sick leave may be accrued to a maxi- <br />mum of 120 days at a rate of one day per month. Unused <br />sick leave in excess of 120 days at the end of a <br />calendar year (January lst) shall be converted to <br />vacation at a rate of one hour vacation for each two <br />hours of sick leave in excess of 120 days. Any em- <br />ployee terminating employment or any employee terminated <br />shall be paid for 1/3 of any unused sick leave at time <br />of termination at his/her current rate of pay. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
