ORDINANCE NO. 8&- ~ <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />'STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAHSEY~ MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 "ZONING MAP AND <br />DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF g&NSEY, <br />MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby zoned Urban <br />Residential (UR): <br /> <br />Ail that part of Government Lot 5 and Government Lot 6, of <br />Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying westerly and southerly of the ordinary high water level <br />of the Rum River. <br /> <br />Together with all that part of Government Lot 3 and <br />Government Lot 4, said Section 25, lying westerly and <br />southerly of the ordinary high water level of the Rum River <br />described as Co~mencing. at a point on the centerline of St. <br />Francis Boulevard N.W. distant 480.00 feet northwesterly, as <br />measured along said centerline, from the intersection of said <br />centerline with the South line of Government Lot 6 of Section <br />36, said Town 32, Range 25; thence continue northwesterly <br />along said centerltne for 250.00 feet; thence northeasterly <br />at right angles from said centerline for 350.00 feet; thence <br />northwesterly, along a line to be hereafter known aa Line "A" <br />for the purposes of this description, parallel with said <br />centerline, for 1100.00 feet to a point to be hereafter known <br />as Point "B" for the purposes of this description; thence <br />northeasterly, along a line to be hereafter known as Line "C" <br />for the purposes of this description, to the point of <br />intersection of the two following described lines: <br /> <br />Line 1 is described as a line parallel with and distant <br />900.00 feet east, as measured at right angles, of the <br />West line of said Government Lot 3 of Section 25; <br /> <br />Line 2 is described as a line parallel with and distant <br />600.00 feet south, as measured at right angles, of the <br />North line of said Government Lot 3 of Section 25; <br /> <br /> <br />
