ORDINANCE NO. 84-5 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER <br />170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of RAmsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby zoned B-1 Business: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter (SE¼ of NW¼) of Section 29, Township <br />32, Range 25, thirty feet South of the intersection of said <br />line with the Southerly boundary of the right-of-way of U.S. <br />Highway No. 10; thence Northwesterly and parallel with said <br />highway and thirty feet Southwesterly thereof a distance of <br />200 feet; thence Southerly and parallel with the East line of <br />the said SE¼ of NW¼ a distance of 400 feet; thence Southeasterly <br />and parallel with U.S. Highway No. 10 a distance of 200 feet to <br />the East line of said SE¼ of NW¼; thence North along the East <br />line of the SE¼ of NW¼ a distance of 400 feet to point of be- <br />ginning. Together with an easement for ingress and egress to <br />U.S. Highway No. 10 over and across the thirty foot strip of <br />land between said highway and the property above described. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br /> The City's Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment <br />to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map is adopted pursuant <br />to Section 170.012 of Chapter 170.01 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
